- Participants must pay an entry fee and attempt to hit a hole-in-one.
- If successful, participants win the national jackpot.
3. How to Enter
Participants must successfully complete the entry process and pay the required fees for their entry. To do this you must;
- Scan the QR code displayed on the competition sign located at the hole.
- Participants must register or log into their account
- Select the “Jackpot” entry type, and choose the correct tee location they are playing from.
- Participants must pay their entry fee and press start on the recording.
- Participants must take their shot once the website has notified them it is ready.
Failure to adhere and follow this process will make your entry invalid.
4. Eligibility
- Participants must be aged 13 years or older.
- Staff of Pinpoint Golf Pty Ltd and employees of golf courses where the competition is held are ineligible.
- Any player that currently has or has held professional status with any golf organisation are ineligible.
- All entries must be completed during an authorised round of golf.
5. Participation
- Each player is permitted one attempt per round of golf, per hole.
- Players must adhere to all official rules of golf.
- The green and cameras must not be obstructed during play.
- All shots must be recorded for verification purposes.
6. Notification of Hole-in-One
- Participants must notify Pinpoint Golf Pty Ltd within 24 hours of hitting a hole-in-one.
- Notification is done via the "I hit a hole in one" button in the app, along with submitting required information.
7. Technical Issues and Refunds
- If technical issues prevent verification of a hole-in-one, participants will be refunded their entry fee.
8. Decision of the Promoter
- All decisions made by Pinpoint Golf Pty Ltd are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Judging Criteria
- This is a game of skill. Chance does not play a role in determining the winner.
10. Prizes
- The prize for hitting a hole-in-one is the national jackpot.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The prize includes a membership to the Ace Society. See website for details.
- Prizes must be claimed within the stipulated time, or they will be forfeited.
11. Claiming
- Players must notify Ace Society to claim the jackpot and prizes.
- Players have 24 hours to submit a claim via the Ace Society website dashboard.
- Submit the form by pressing the “I hit a hole in one” button, shown for 24 hours from entry.

- The second and any subsequent players will be awarded the calculated jackpot at the time of their entry.
